Today, I attended a session by a community organization that assists individuals to attain an affordable loan without an established credit history or collateral. Funds are available to eligible borrowers up to the maximum amount of $5000. All applicants are reviewed by a Loan Review Committee (LRC); decisions are made within four weeks; after complete application submission.
